  As someone who is trained as a Yoga teacher and has been in the wellness industry and yoga world for over 20 years, finding an amazing yoga teacher is sometimes harder than one may think. Jamie hands down is one of the best. She is kind, patient and a master of her craft. I always leave Jamie's classes feeling different from when I walked in. Also, in my own practice of Acupuncture & Chinese medicine I prescribe Yoga for many of my patients. If they live in the Rockland area, I always recommend this studio! You are in the best of hands with Jamie Surya.

  I was drawn from Westchester County to come to this beautiful studio in Piermont and it was the right decision.
  
  I felt very very comfortable and Jamie was just wonderful and I felt safe to practice and just let loose.
  
  I definitely will be coming back and I knew that it would work out so I bought a package even before I had went.
  
  Thank you so much Jamie for the studio and thank you for being such a wonderful and kind teacher.

  There's no place like home, and there's certainly no place like the Jamie Surya Yoga studio.
  
  Classes at the studio are calming, uplifting, kind, quite frankly the perfect balance.
  
  Yoga teacher training at the Jamie Surya Yoga Studio is unparalleled. Jamie’s studio is a safe and secure space like I’ve never experienced before. I’ve compared her program to numerous other YTT programs and no other training felt as authentic or as well rounded as Jamie’s. The training went deeper than simply learning how to teach yoga... the training changed my life. From my individual practice, to teaching, to my confidence and presentation of my self.
  
  I cannot thank Jamie enough for the outpouring love and support, for her ability to make you feel safe, secure and supported, to help guide me closer to inner peace and find stillness in the shakiness called life.
  
  The love, support and guidance does not stop there, I know I can continue to go to Jamie or her studio for any question or concern I ever have. I cannot recommend Yoga Teacher Training and The Jamie Surya Studio enough!

  Most welcoming, non judgmental studio! Everyone will feel comfortable no matter where you are in your practice! All of the teachers complement each other beautifully! My happy & sacred place!
