Angelo and Dave are both excellent trainers who make me feel comfortable and motivated. I love that their training package pricing is competitive with larger facilities, but I feel like I get a more individualized experience.

(December 28, 2022, 12:04 pm)At 74 years old now, I’ll tell you they saved my life, a life that consisted of sitting and breathing hard at the slightest strain.
I came to WILL POWER a while ago not being able to lift my left arm above my chest, the shoulder blade was literally frozen in place. I was 40lbs. overweight and couldn’t walk a block or climb a flight of stairs without being out of breath, I would fall over if I tried standing on one leg. There were things the called me to do during my evaluation that I sternly said “I would never do!” Well, now I do all of those things as a warm-up to my weekly training sessions. My left arm is fully mobile and my shoulder blade free to move. I can leg press 500lbs. And my muscle structure is that of a 30 year old.
The combination of physical therapy and weight training was a life-changing event for me! -

(August 24, 2021, 3:45 pm)Dave is an amazing trainer and physical therapist. I saw him for an issue with my knee. I was upset because it hurt too much to play with my kids. I've had the issue for 15+ years and treated it a few times. Usually it is fixed for a few months and then pain comes back. Dave took a different approach, using his trainer background to strengthen my leg- and I've been pain free for almost two years.
His best trait in my humble opinion is that he is an amazing listener. Some folks use cookie cutter approaches to solve a problem. Not Dave. he personalized my plan and guess what IT WORKED.
I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who needs his services. -
