Have been at FWD Fit Hawthorne for about a year now and unequivocally has the best coaching in the Westchester area- and I am so fortunate to have found this gym. Coaches Chris, Alex and Ryan are engaging and impactful in group classes, and still manage to provide individualized support. They focus on all their members and work through each person's strengths and weaknesses.
Members are very welcoming across all of the different class times- and class sizes are perfect for the gym size. Additionally, great second room with many equipment options for solo workouts. Great parking space too!
I recently joined this gym and have been blown away by the quality of coaching and care for progress. Coach Alex has been exceptional at scaling the workouts to my level, creating a challenge that is both attainable and rewarding. Coach Chris has been phenomenal at the follow through and overall operation on the back end. The overall atmosphere of the gym is friendly and welcoming, with members always willing to support a newbie like myself. I've been impressed by the willingness of everyone to help each other and to foster a sense of community within the gym. If you're looking for a Xfit/Metcon gym that prioritizes individual progress and fosters a supportive environment, this is the place for you. I highly recommend.
I had a 1x1 session with Carolina and only have positive things to say about the gym and staff. They are striving to create a friendly and healthy workout environment and are spot on. I Highly recommend checking out this gym.
I have enjoyed the 2 weeks at FWD in Katonah.
Great classes with trainers and a great array of free weights and machines. An amazing amount of bikes, treadmills, stairclimber.

I’m so thankful to have found this gym. The coaches are knowledgeable, caring, & motivating. The athletes are encouraging, friendly & motivators. Over all, the energy in the gym is great. Makes me come back for more every time. Thank you!
