(December 31, 2022, 10:20 am)Immaculate throughout. Excellent array of machines and equipment. Lots of parking and plenty of space inside. For those, such as I, who have Medicare "Advantage Plans"or "Supplements", they accept both "Renews Active" and "Silver Sneakers".

What makes it so are the following elements: the friendliness and professionalism of the staff; the wide variety of exercise machines serving all different kinds of workouts; the cleanliness of the facility; and finally, the gym members themselves who are of all ages and extremely polite.

(January 17, 2022, 8:38 am)I have been a member at Nysc for over 5 years, so before they closed for the pandemic. The new management seem to have really leveled up, they're courteous and helpful. Love the sauna and how big the gym is, easy to find a spot for yourself even when it's peak time. Love my training sessions with Josh!
