  I have experienced profound transformation under the care of Dr. Yu chin. She is a holistic healer and I was able to cure my Incontinence issues with zero medication. She was able to teach me the art of meditation and how to be deeply in tune with my body and helped me realize how the mind and body are so intricately interconnected. I was able to isolate and strengthen my bladder muscles and restore the proper functioning of my bladders and supporting muscles. The techniques she taught me not only helped me in curing my incontinence issue but also any other ailments I was experiencing. I had a frozen shoulder that was bothering me for several months which I was able to treat with her help and the techniques she taught. I am able to heal my own body now and haven’t visited a doc for any ailments in the last two years.
  I am extremely grateful to the universe for bringing me to her care and guidance and I will forever be grateful to Dr. Yu chin for showing me a new path to living life healthily and in peace and harmony.

  Dr. Chang is a gifted PT who has helped me tremendously with problems I experienced with numbness and plantar fascitis in my feet. She was the third PT I tried and am forever indebted to her. Dr. Chang treats the whole body/whole person. And she helped clear a lot of issues in my nervous system, which were causing most of my challenges. She listens, is kind and takes her time. Above all, she is an extremely gifted practitioner, who uses her deep experience with energy healing to open areas in the body.

  Dr. Chang has helped me tremendously with pelvic (primarily bladder) issues stemming from the birth of my daughter. Unlike other physical therapists, she does not require three appointments a week. When I first started with Dr. Chang in August, I went about every three weeks. Around the New Year I started going about once a month. Soon after I began therapy, I noticed great improvements.
  
  She spends a good amount of time assessing, treating, and explaining any issues. I have learned so much from her about the connections between organs, muscles, and ligaments as well as the effects of emotional stress on the body. I have learned how to pay attention to my body's visceral reactions and protect myself from stress. Near the end of each session, she explains any "homework" in detail, and sends a detailed email with the home regimen. This work includes breathing exercises, visualization, and gentle exercises.
  
  Dr. Chang has a great way with people. She is gentle mannered, patient, and understanding. She gives you her full attention and the whole experience is very relaxing! You'll enjoy the relaxing music (zen station on Pandora) and the aromatherapy diffuser!
  
  Thanks to Dr. Chang my issues have dramatically improved. I'm able to run and bike again without any concerns. In addition, I have fewer headaches and less back pain. I highly recommend her to every woman who has given birth, regardless of if you did it vaginally or through a c-section. I would definitely visit Dr. Chang before opting for bladder or other pelvic surgery. Her treatment is not scary or invasive and she will help you improve your health.

  I have had pelvic pain for years due to endometriosis. I have seen physical therapists who helped to a degree. More recently, the pain along with associated nerve pain around my body, intensified to the point where each day was a battle. Dr. Chang truly listened to my story and my body. She has an entirely different approach that step by step dealt with peripheral issues until finding and addressing the issue at the source - adhesions. The treatment is gentle and homework mandatory, yet tailored and easy to follow. Dr. Chang is responsive, supportive and realistic. I have gone from being unable to walk without pain to exercising comfortably and regularly. Treatment here has been worth every minute and every cent!!

  Dr. Chang's technique was highly effective yet gentle in healing my pelvic floor weakness. She was also able to release other pain and pressure in other parts of my back and body. She really understands how the body works and gives easy to follow exercises to do at home. I highly recommend her!
