I thought I was just going to have to live with the pain forever. Within a few short weeks Russ had me totally back to normal. Thank you Russ!

(March 27, 2023, 8:20 pm)Russ is the man! I began seeing him as a result of two back surgeries. Prior to seeing him I was extremely limited as to what I was able to do. Russ took his time to formulate a plan to get me back on my feet and he delivered. I couldn’t be happier with the service and attention I received while at my appointments. I have seen many pt’s over the years and Russ is the absolute best. I can’t recommend or thank him enough!!

He took the time to get to know me and understand my specific needs and goals, and tailored our sessions accordingly.
But it wasn't just his bedside manner that impressed me - he was also an incredibly skilled therapist. He helped me make real progress towards my goals, and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and getting the most out of each session.
I highly recommend this physical therapist to anyone in need of his services. -

He encouraged plenty of movement and provided insightful feedback on how to improve my lifts and to increase mobility. He also explains things very well and in a way that someone like me (who’s not very science-y) can understand. Highly recommend.
