The team approaches you as family member and dedicates their time with you versus other Therapy facilities will after a few visits leave you to self cure yourself. The team focuses upon your health and improvement from your condition that brought you there initially.
I can't say enough about them and the quality care they provide you. -

(October 2, 2022, 9:51 am)I just competed in a CrossFit style competition and Jay was there to assist and treat the competitors. He helped me treat an aggravated herniated disc. Jay was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, caring, attentive, and just flat out eager to help. In the short time he treated me, I felt relief and felt very taken care of. Way better than these corporate PT places where you are getting treated by an assistant rather than the actual PT. Thanks Jay!!!

(July 27, 2022, 3:50 pm)I've been coming to Individual Therapy for 8 months now and seeing Jay. I've come in with multiple injuries and ailments and he's helped me manage and correct them all. He has a unique approach to his therapy and like the name of his business states - It's "individual" with undivided attention while you are there. Most PT places you go to, they have you ice for 15 minutes, do a few exercises, bounce from patient to patient and massage the area in question at the end of the session. That is absolutley not the case with Jay and team, they only focus on you and helping you rehabilitate. I highly recommend! Also Clean!

I was in a lot of pain in my neck and back. Jay helped me feel good quickly, and then gain strength and mobility to carry around my 20 lb daughter all day long.
As a former dancer and runner I’ve worked with many physical therapists, and Jay is one of the very best. He is patient, a great diagnostician, and has great hands-on skills.
The other practitioners and Rhonda, the Office Manager, are all super nice and the vibe in the office is warm and welcoming. This is a real family business and you can feel it. I’ve really enjoyed coming to Individual PT and
recommend them very highly! -

(November 16, 2021, 4:06 pm)Love ALL the therapists at Individual PT! They truly focus on you and only YOU during your entire session. They are all extremely knowledgeable and help you feel better as soon as possible. If have any sort of injury or need I reccomend sitting down with one of them. The hardest part is that they're so awesome they're SO BOOKED. At the end of the day though I've always gotten an appointment.
Plus, have you seen their awesome window art?! 🪟
