  9.16.22 What a unique experience for me. I didn't know what to expect as I traveled 1.5 hours from CT to visit this venue. It's $15pp, lots of parking, and you can spend as much time as you'd like here, and they have clean bathrooms by the parking lot. The grounds are meticulous and beautiful. There are spots to sit and relax, hiking paths, and just amazing views.

  The gardens are lovely. They are well designed and make for a nice walk in a formal setting. The views from the estate are amazing. There were several families having picnic lunches in the grass. The expansive views all around them.

  Flawlessly maintained formal garden spaces commanding sweeping views of the rolling Dutchess County countryside with a riot of color in the Cutting Garden looking its best. A first-class garden experience.

  Beautiful place with lots of history. Definitely worth a visit to see the grounds (especially the Italian gardens and the Main House), and would recommend checking out the Saturday concerts.
