  Although priced on the high end, I worked with Natalie Garcia and she was efficient, professional and friendly EVERY time. This is rare and I suggest Westy hang on to this exceptional employee

  Have used the Westy's for much of the past year, after my daughter graduated college, and until she moved into a new apartment.
  First, it's probably the cleanest storage facility I've ever used. It's well-lit and well-maintained. The loading area makes it incredibly easy to move things in and out and they have ample carts to assist. And the staff have been great - always happy to help. If you're looking for storage in Westchester, they are a great option.

  I've been a long term customer at Westy Elmsford and appreciate getting to know the staff of service providers. When I hit another bump in the road in 2021 i had to turn to their new location "Westy Annex" and relied on Natalie & Arlene's honesty, professional and detailed breakdown on spaces I could afford. If I am ever in a bind again - I know who I'll go to first. Safe, variety of sizes for specific needs and clean. Price is important when customers are hitting financial crisis. Stay reasonably priced!

  First of all the facility is brand new, spotless, and modern. When I called and spoke with Arlene she was so informative as i never used a storage facility before. She ran me through the entire process and simplified it for me. When we went to see a unit, Natalie showed us several and was also extremely knowledgeable. I would use them without hesitation again and highly recommend this location and reasonably priced storage facility. All good!

  From the moment I called the Annex Arlene was a pleasure to deal with. She walked me through the process since I had never used a storage unit before and was now using 2 units. She was able to give me 2 units on the first floor that were perfect! The place is clean and very well maintained. The entire staff is professional and very accommodating to all your needs. I even used their moving conceirge to recommend new movers since my initial movers were TERRIBLE… Their recommendation was amazing and made the unpacking of our unit so seamless. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Annex you will not be disappointed. 10 out of 10
