When I finally did clear out my unit, EVERYTHING, including pillows/sheets, blankets - EVERYTHING was the way it was packed years ago. The facility is exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend Westy's to anyone needing storage

(May 4, 2022, 5:17 pm)Arlene and everyone have been great. Its an excellent, clean, safe storage facility. If you ever had a storage locker outdoors, you will appreciate this indoor facility.
Here I am updating my review from 5 years ago. Arlene and crew remain helpful and true professionals. Not only do I use Westy's but so does my brother. Trouble and worry free experience!

(October 31, 2021, 4:30 pm)We highly recommend Westy Storage in Elmsford for so many reasons. First, the staff at the facility, especially Damien, are extremely pleasant and willing to ensure everything is just right. The facilities are spotless. Always spotless. There is always adequate equipment available, such as dollys, to accommodate moving the items. Our unit was very close to a loading dock, which was extremely helpful. In fact, as an example of how helpful the staff is, we didn't realize we could use the loading docks, so we received a call from someone in the office letting us know how to open the doors. It made an enormous difference. In this case, we had items for a move we were making and our rental was about 6 months. We have had another Westy unit for 7 years and the service has stood the test of time. All this time, the facilities are immaculate and the staff are awesome. Thank you!!

(February 7, 2019, 12:26 pm)I have moved for my job often and used several storage facilities, this is the best run company I have ever encountered! The staff: Arlene, Natalie and Jacqueline are professional, congenial and make the process easy to complete not only when renting but also upon departure. The facility is bright, exceptionally clean and easy to navigate with many elevators and ample loading docks. The parking lot is a good size and security is outstanding. I highly recommend this business.
