(March 30, 2023, 8:54 pm)I had one of the best experiences at Vituperio Artisan Breads & Studio learning the science behind and creating my own sourdough bread! The class was well organized and so well explained. I felt comfortable asking any questions throughout the day. The class learned how to create a starter, make the dough and create a sourdough loaf of bread. One of the best parts was tasting several recipes created from sourdough starter. To top it off we came home with a whole bag of supplies! Javiera and her associates were so kind and helpful.
I can't wait to try another of of Javiera's in person classes. -

(January 16, 2023, 4:41 pm)Have so far taken the croissant and danish class, and the burger buns and pretzel class. Both were terrific and lots of fun! And we came out of each with delicious food. Javi and her staff are excellent and she runs the classes really well. I look forward to taking many more!

(June 27, 2022, 7:45 pm)Update: Competed the Master Pie Class yesterday and learned so much. If you love pie and want to impress your friends with an amazing pie, this is the class for you. The lemon meringue was to die for and the berry pie was incredible. It was so much fun learning how to make roses and lemon curd. My family finished the pie off in one night!
I had a wonderful experience learning all the intricacies of making sourdough bread. Javi was an excellent instructor and lots of fun. Can’t wait to take another class in June! -

(October 30, 2021, 2:31 pm)Amazed at how fun and enjoyable the Croissant class was. Javi is an awesome baker and very friendly. I was lucky enough to have a great teammate/baker. I am so happy with the class, it exceeded all expectations.
Environment is very clean. We enjoyed the yummiest lunch after class. Best way to spend a Saturday morning. Highly recommend taking her classes.
