  We were treated to Philly Waffle Cabin Ice Cream and Waffles yesterday during our employee appreciation day. The "Wagon" served up the best dessert I have ever had! There are almost 100 employees here at Gary Barbera's on the Boulevard along with our clients. They served us all with wonderful hospitality. Everybody loved the special waffles and ice cream. Can't wait to have them cater our next event. A Must Have! Beautiful presentation and wonderful waffle sundaes! Thanks to Barbera's - I never knew I needed these waffles in my life. 10 stars if I could

  The most delicious waffles and ice cream I’ve ever had!! Absolutely amazing! I had the vanilla crisp and friend had the cookies and cream! The waffles were perfection! The Carmel sauce was light and creamy and oh so delicious! I had these from the traveling food truck at spring mountain food truck mayhem! I must have more!

  Waffles are crisp and delicious! Nice variety to choose from and the staff was friendly. They can look small but are dense and filling. Cant wait to try them again.

  So delicious! The waffles are a nice size and the toppings are awesome -- although the plain Belgian with caramel or chocolate are best :) A great dessert and breakfast. My kids are addicted. Re-heat well too!
