  I went on a Saturday morning and they were super helpful. The store has a large amount of glasses to choose from. They took my insurance information right away and told me what it covered and took the time to explain all of my options when we were checking out what I wanted for my glasses.

  I am really happy and very appreciative of the tech and the associates at this Visionworks. I can say when I first arrived I was kind of told just write your name and have a seat, and I did but was like that for a while. I didn’t know why was I sitting basically no information was provided to me, until I kind of got upset and asked the receptionist like what’s going on and why am I not being registered or told anything. She was then very helpful and took my information and checked my insurance information and we started talking. After that I felt calm and waited a while until the tech Lauren came to apologize for the wait. After that I was content and did my tests, exams and spoke to Lauren the tech and optometrist Jennifer Fester. They were very informative and answered all of my questions and concerns. The young lady that took care of me after the fact, helped me pick my glasses and she was very nice and understanding, and so funny. I wish I could remember her name. But overall they were all great! I totally recommend!

  Amazing staff! So friendly and helpful. The eye Doctor was also friendly and very knowledgeable. I love this place. This is our second time here at this location and we will be coming back. But I do agree with everyone else that trying to get someone to pick up the phone is rare. They need to fix that!

  The Quaker town location is where it’s at! I live closer to other locations but this one goes above and beyond. First you are greeted right when you arrive and from there it just gets better. The doctor is super smart and easy to talk to. The glasses they have to choose from are great.
  
  Barbara is fantastic she helped me find great glasses and even helped me get the best deal possible with out even having to ask. You can’t find many employees like her. Please give her a bonus! Thanks 😊

  My husband & I both went in for glasses today and Barbara was great. I am the most indecisive person on the planet & I had about 30 pairs I couldn’t choose between. She came over & helped me decide in under a minute. I have been to many eye doctors before and this was by far the quickest and most pleasant visit. Ask for Barbara while there!!
