  My husband and I have been living here since February 2023 (almost 4 months) and we absolutely love everything about this apartment complex. From the club house to every important amenity (i.e., washer/dryer, kitchen island, lots of windows, AC, a patio), Tempo is the best place to live near Hartford/Manchester CT.
  
  Jessica, Nicole, Stephany, and the rest of the team are always welcoming, organized, and on top of any issues tenants may have.
  
  My husband and I cannot be any happier with our application being accepted to this place. If you're thinking about moving here just walk into the club house and you will be willing to pay the rent.

  We moved in at 2018, and since that first day we had only positive experience with management and community also.
  We enjoy that everything is clean, all our needs are taken care of by request, personal package handling is super helpful.
  I would like to stand out Jessica - property manger , for taking good care of every request of each resident.
  Would like to stay here as much as I can.

  I toured this location last week. The apartments themselves are beautiful and the location is outstanding. I was also very impressed with amazing service I received from Nikole. She was very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. She was able to address all my concerns and I made the experience enjoyable. I would recommend!
