(January 3, 2023, 4:33 pm)First and foremost, I would like to thank Dr. Demasi and her lovely staff for being so good to me and my cats and working with me to unravel this mess caused by Main Street Animal Hospital in Elmsford.
They sat down looked and analyzed all my records and helped me decipher what my next steps are put me in a much better head space and on the right trajectory in caring for these 2 animals.

I was never rushed. all my questions were answered, and I feel my cat was in the best care he could get. Dr.Muoio is one of the most wonderful vets you would ever want to meet. Each time I went there, I could feel how much she loved animals and did everything she could to help. I will never go elsewhere.
