Wonderful first impression. I had my first consult with Dr. El-Shaer the other day. I appreciated her time, great personality, professionalism, compassion and experience of my GI issues. Her Staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. Based on my first impression and her recommendations I would highly recommend seeing Dr. El-Shaer at Ulster Gastro.

Everyone was very professional. My only complaint was my appointment was 11:30 but I waited until after 12:30 in waiting room. But once in, Julie was great. Dr Richards and Jo great. Tony nice after

I’ve been a patient of Dr. El-Shaer for several years. She is so caring and compassionate, always available when I need care. The staff is friendly and efficient. They have taken excellent care of me, when I’m sick I know that very quickly they’ll have me feeling better. I feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful medical team taking care of me.

From the time you walk in you’re treated like gold by the staff. Dr El-Shaer Is not only a great doctor she genuinely cares about her patients. I would never think of seeing anyone else.

I've been going to Dr Reham El-Shaer for several years now and I highly recommend her office for all your Gastrointestinal needs. Her staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and Dr El-Shaer is personable, intelligent and caring. Everyone looks out for your needs and I always feel like I am well cared for. I highly recommend Ulster Gastroenterology for anyone looking for a fabulous Doctors office who really cares about YOU!
