  Happy to let you know that your maintenance crew is awesome. Recently, there was an unexpected and unpleasant pest problem in my apartment.
  
  Jimmy and Dan took care of the problem.
  They were caring, responsible and efficient
  in eliminating the problem, literally at the root cause of it all. These men were and are professional, kind and courteous.
  
  Thank you as well, Dionne, for always being professional, polite and conscientious in managing Stony Run Apartments.

  Hey everyone.
  OK so in today's review I am reviewing Stony Run at the stockade apartments in Kingston New York. I am giving them a 5 star rating because I truly believe that they deserve a 5 star rating. Everybody has issues and yes everybody has different experiences. My experiences with Dionne , Marissa and Mark Have been nothing but professional the entire time that I have been communicating with them. It has been a great experience living at the apartment complex let's let's face it nothing is ever perfect yes there are things that still need to be fixed not within my apartment but within the property they are doing their best to rectify the pool the problem with the pool is that New York State does require lifeguards. And having a shortage of lifeguards is kind of hard to open a pool when you have no lifeguards. The property just wants to make sure that everybody's safe so they need to have a lifeguard. As far as the maintenance crew maintaining the apartments and things like that I have to say my AC did go down this year and they fixed it in an adequate amount of time it took almost 2 weeks for the new AC unit to come in and the office staff stayed in touch with me as much as they possibly could for what they knew about the AC unit and the part being in. I've had nothing but positive interactions with the staff end the maintenance crew on duty. People that are complaining about their apartments not being fixed and things like that I can't really speculate on that. All I know is that they did deliver they gave us a beautiful dog park and a very nice playground for the children yes the playground could have been a little bit bigger but for the space that it's in it works. I am honestly hoping that we can get a community center room for the tenants. And possibly another playground for the children but at this moment I am actually A perfectly happy and content tenant. I stopped in today ,because I had some concerns and some and questions. To which all of my concerns and questions were answered in a very professional manner and honestly the office manager she is on a 1 to 1 basis with those that are willing to cooperate with them as well as them cooperating with us. I honestly don't have any negative feedback to say about the property manager or the office staff or even the maintenance crew who are working very hard to try to maintain that property. You can honestly say they're at least trying. Thank you guys so much for always having my concerns at heart and responding back to me in a very timely manner.
  I also wanna add that this is a very pet friendly property. As you can see from the Newly built dog park.
