There are not enough words to express my gratitude for what they have done with my son who has special needs. When we first met his therapists I was skeptical, as a parent you always want the best for your child. My son who has speech delay with only 1 or 2 words spoken. After 6 months of therapy he is able to make 3-4 word sentences. From occupational therapy, feeding therapy, speech therapy and emotional support, they go above and beyond for their patients and families.
I can’t say enough about my son’s continued experience at St. Luke’s therapy- Center Valley. Miss Brandi and Miss Robyn have literally bettered his life in so many ways throughout the years. His needs have changed over time but they are and have always been so caring & supportive not only to him but myself, as well. He currently sees Miss Brandi for a new diagnosis….the strategies & tools she is providing him have helped him tremendously! He & I are so grateful and fortunate to have them in our lives!
Gabriella therapist is Rebecca B. She is great. Communication is good with us. The waiting room is another story. Everyone knows everyone’s business. Kids screaming and you’re trying to listen what the therapist is telling you. The front desk is so open and we hear everything. There has to be a better way of communication. I know different kids are in different levels, but something needs to be done. I’m sure there is a HIPAA violation of some kind.
We had a great experience with Brandi and Nicole for feeding therapy and with Robyn for my son’s physical therapy. They were wonderful to work with and so helpful in guiding us to implement strategies at home to facilitate his progress.
Dr. Elysia Kressler has been amazing working with my daughter, and the facilities are wonderful.
