  Not just a gym but a true fitness community. An incredibly welcoming place to work out that is a reflection of the positive energy owner Matt Stocker and his staff bring every day. Matt knows everyone’s name and cares about your fitness journey. Beautiful space in the Silk Mill with a wide variety of top notch equipment for any type of workout - cardio, weight machines, free weights, and pretty much everything in between - that never feels crowded. And my favorite thing is the 24/7 access so you can workout whenever you want, even holidays.

  This gym is a delight. Clean. Great people. Well equipped. Matt Stocker has an infectious personality and runs a great crew. Trainer Drew is highly knowledgable and a pleasure to be around. All of the personnel there are just really fine people.. Can't go wrong.

  This place is beautiful and the owner is a super nice guy. I felt comfortable there the first day. Whether you’re looking to be a part of a Gym family or you just want to be left alone, it’s the perfect place. That’s the best part! It’s for everyone! Everyone belongs!

  When I signed up at Trinity last year, its owner shared part of his philosophy: better to have 90 people who are super committed to working out than 900 people who maybe only show up once a month.
  
  I'm not sure what the gym's numbers are like now, but I do appreciate its committment to NOT being a super crowded place. It's great having a place to workout within walking distance of where I live, and Matt's positive energy is always helpful when starting my day.

  Matt is an amazing person and made me feel welcomed at his gym! He really does make you feel like family and was right next to me the entire time I was signing up. The gym is beautiful and clean just like the pictures, and it’s a very positive environment. This gym is also 24/7 which is the reason I gave it 5 stars!
