  “I loved my sessions with Rebecca because she responds to your specific needs. She has a lot of deep knowledge and makes you feel at ease regardless of your skill level. She adequately challenges you, makes working out enjoyable, and overall motivates you to exercise. Furthermore, she pays a lot of attention to your movement during each specific exercise to avoid unpleasant injuries or muscle contraction that may lead you to stop working out for days. None of that insecure feeling you get at any other gym. I would suggest her to everyone, regardless of their level of fitness.”

  Staff knows their members by name, good community feel. Clean and well run. Equipment is kept in good condition.

  Omg!! I love this gym. Astomsphere is great. Staff were wonderful. Owners are marvelous people and they give new members a 20 dollar gas card. I love the gym equipments and everyone is so nice and helpful. For 10 dollars a month. I am a happy gym goer. Yayyyy 5 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠 💫...

  I love this gym, it’s clean, spaced very well and all the employees are helpful, kind and always friendly. My happy place!! Jack and Trish the owners are wonderful people, always asking how things are and if you need anything. I feel like they are extending family. My entire family also come here because the atmosphere is always warm, friendly and comfortable. Keep doing what you’re doing, love this place!!
