  I am so happy to have found The Valley Om. From my first class with her, Sue already knew my name without asking. I felt extremely welcomed. Yoga has transformed my mental health and body, and I cannot wait to continue this journey with The Valley Om.

  This place has it all! From their 0.0 Yoga class for newbies to MyoYin self-massage to high-intensity Pop-ups - there is a place for you here. Erin, Sue, and their crew of talented instructors truly made me feel at ease and comfortable from my very first class. Their pricing for drop-ins is excellent and their specialty classes bring variety and depth to your practice. Take a couple classes and you'll see what I'm talking about! Heck, they even had a Live DJ (DJ Brad Scott) at a recent class and it was amazing.

  I was a complete newbie to yoga about 6 months ago, and stumbled upon The Valley Om by luck and decided to check out an open house they were having. That ended up being one of the best decisions I've made, as I am truly loving every class I've taken here. The instructors are wonderful, the space is warm and inviting, and there are always new and interesting classes and series offered. I can't recommend The Valley Om enough!

  I had no idea where to go a couple years ago when my yoga studio closed.. I am so happy I found Valley Om. The instructors are all amazing and very easy to talk to. They all work with you if you have an injury and need to modify. The atmosphere is perfect for the practice. Highly recommend going here.

  I can’t say enough good things about The Valley Om. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt welcomed. I stopped practicing yoga when I moved to New York, but the Valley Om has allowed me to rediscover it again. Sue and Erin are fantastic and have done a phenomenal job creating a true yogi community and a beautiful space to practice. All the instructors are inspirational and authentic, and I’d absolutely recommend taking a class. You won’t be disappointed!
