  Any time we’ve needed alterations they’ve been done to perfection. The owner is attentive and listens to your requests. My family’s dry cleaning is always done quickly and looks great. I’ve used other Jackson dry cleaners and they don’t compare. Most happy to use them and highly recommend.

  Professional, reliable place. Had a few dress pants hemmed and they all turned out perfectly. My only wish is that they were open a little later so I could pick up after work, but I believe they cut back their hours due to COVID which I understand. Have never been anything but pleased with this business.

  Very friendly and very reasonable prices. They are one of the only Dry Cleaner's in Jackson or nearby that offer a quick turnaround. Prices are fair for the area, and the owner is very nice. I will only go here because I know I will receive clean garments, etc. and because I am actually taken care of. Drop-off is also very easy as well.
  
  I tried "Michael's Dry Cleaners" in Jackson, and it was not for me. The hours were not in line with my schedule, with high prices at times.

  I had been sick for a long while, with cellulitis. Also I walk with a cane when it flares because of pain and extreme swelling.
  
  So of course my laundry piled up. I brought it in to have it done and the women who had 2 or 3 other customers before me informed me not till late the next day.
  Imagine my surprise and delight when 4 hors later she called and said it was done.
