  From start to finish, Quality Care Cleaning was the best! Every phone call and email interaction with the incredibly personable staff was clear and helpful. They always got back to me in a timely fashion and everyone was just so nice! The technicians who came to clean our carpets were so knowledgeable and professional, and made me feel understood and comfortable. On top of all that, my 12-year-old stained CREAM carpet looked brand new after years of various liquid spills, slime, costume make up and more from four children. The guys got on their hands and knees to smell each stain to see how to best treat it- it was incredible. I recommend this company to anyone who has carpets and appreciates stellar customer service!!

  We always use Quality Care Carpet Cleaning services because of their expertise and professionalism. We have been fortunate to have the technician, Nestor, each time and have always had a positive experience. Would definitely recommend them!

  This was our 2nd time using this company, and they were recommended by a neighbor.The person that cleaned our carpet (Louis Atehortua) was on time, pleasant, professional and he worked quickly and thoroughly. We were very satisfied with his work and would gladly recommend him and Quality Care Cleaning. Job well done!

  We could not be happier! We have white sofas at the beach (yeah we know) and were told by two other cleaning companies that they would not clean them because we are on the third floor of a condo building. Apparently white fabric requires special equipment. Nestor from Quality Care came and had the four year old sofas looking like new within an hour. We will definitely be using Quality Care again!
