  I hired Tile Masters for my kitchen backsplash. Katherine was great in helping me select a tile and the installation went perfectly well! It is obvious that Robert hires the best people for the job. Robert actually came to the house the day of the install to make sure we were all on the same page. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I have zero complaints. The backsplash looks beautiful and workmanship was perfect! I highly recommend Tile Masters!

  My wife and I could not be happier with our master bath project, and look forward to working with them on our hall bathroom. The entire experience was terrific. They have a stunning number of samples from which to choose. We received excellent one-on-one assistance, and no complaints from moving around large, heavy tile samples. They even helped us pick the cabinet color and granite. The installation job was beyond our expectations. I should mention that our contractor made a special point about the quality of the installation. (We know how great it looks, but we appreciate that the contractor was focusing on how well it was installed.) We chose a tile that had what looks like patters in natural stone. The team spent time to ensure that various patterns on each tile met the others so it looks like one giant pattern. It is gorgeous, and we are receiving many compliments, including from professionals. I appreciate the attention to detail, down to ensuring that the color of the grout was the best for each type of tile (there were 3 - floor, shower wall and shower ceiling). I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for our hallway bathroom project.

  My wife and I had been planning to tile our kitchen floor since we purchased our house 4 years ago. The ugly, worn, vinyl flooring was one of the least desirable features of our house, but we knew that it could be replaced.
  
  The original plan was to do it before we moved in, but one project led to another and then we had a baby...long story short, I was short on time to do this project myself and had to turn to the pros.
  
  In the process, I had done a TON of research on tile installation methods, techniques, materials, and so on. I would consider myself an "educated consumer" at this point as I was fully intent on doing the job myself. With that in mind, I was always sure to grill the installers that came to give me estimates to ensure that I not only got a good price, but also quality work.
  
  Of all of the estimates that I received, I felt that the one by Robert of Tilemasters was the most accurate and accounted for everything in line-item form. It was thorough and competitive in terms of the labor and materials (minus the cost of the tile). The tile itself was competitively priced. Robert also seemed very knowledgeable of the installation process and the materials when I grilled him. So I placed my faith in Tilemasters, ordered tile from their showroom, and finally got the project under way.
  
  The actual installers work in "rotations" (Robert is more of a project manager); some do the initial mortar bed, some do the tile cutting and laying, some do the plumbing, and some do the grout work. I have to say, each of these crews were extremely good at cleaning up afterwards. They mostly worked in my garage and it was as clean after they left as it was when they showed up. They were careful to lay down tarps and roofing paper over the garage floor where they were working with the mortar, grout, and cutting. They were a little rough with my washer, but I can forgive it because that sucker is heavy.
  
  Throughout the process, Robert and his co-owner would periodically check-in both in person and by phone to check on the progress of the project to ensure that everything was going to plan. The project went well and the tile was masterfully cut and laid. After the grout had been applied, I noticed a few areas that settled into dimples and told Robert when he called. He assured me that he would get his worker in the afternoon to come add more grout and indeed, he showed up a few hours later and got to work.
  
  Overall, these guys are real pros both from a technical perspective and from a business perspective; it makes you feel confident investing several thousand dollars on a tile project knowing that it'll get done well. Just as importantly, their prices are extremely competitive -- get a few quotes and see for yourself. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
