(July 10, 2023, 6:37 pm)Amazing experience getting my pe800 embroidery machine serviced and repaired here. My machine randomly started embroidering very messily. The underlay would be sticking out and the stitches were not clean. I brought it in to get serviced here and within one week I got my machine back. Now it’s running smoothly and my embroidery looks just like it did when my machine was new. Very clean, beautiful stitches. The cost of the service was a little high but it was definitely worth it in my opinion, especially since they also give you a 1 year warranty on the service which made me feel very safe. The store is clean and the staff is so kind and knowledgeable of the products. Will definitely be returning here in the future. Thank you so much!!

They offer suggestions based on your conversation and wants you to be happy in your purchase. Customer service is their number one priority.

(April 4, 2023, 10:23 am)I have been a patron of Stony Brook Sew & Vac for over a decade now and their customer service is excellent and I've never had any problems with repairs or purchases. Repairs are made quickly and satisfactorily. It is nice to know that they are close by if I ever have a problem with my computerized sewing machine or vacuum cleaner!

(November 1, 2022, 4:10 pm)Again, Stony Brook Sew and Vac exceeded my expectations. They tell you when the equipment is expected to be ready and in this situation a few days ahead. I thought I was having issues, they requested I bring it back in and it would be looked at while I was there. Only to find out it was me and a setting that I had set. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have gained a customer for life. When ready to upgrade my Embroidery machine, they will be my store of choice, even though the commute is a little long. Well worth the ride.
