  John at Threshold is a rare breed. He is honest and is only interested about the customers satisfaction. He is a mechanic par excellence. He has forgotten what most other garage door repairman and salesman will never know. Do not trust your garage door needs to anyone else. He is worth the wait! I beyond highly recommend him for residential and commercial garage doors.

  John arrived on time, and did a phenomenal job on our garage door repair. He is extremely knowledgeable and a true craftsman. Our garage door works like new!!! I would highly recommend John and Threshold Door Services.

  Highly recommend!! John replaced the springs in my garage door after one broke last night. He is so friendly, personable, honest, reasonably-priced and punctual. I called him at noon and he was able to squeeze me in a couple of hours later. He does great work! Recommend 100%!

  John did a great job fixing my very old Garage Door opener with a solid oak door. He was very knowledgeable and professional and came out to service on short notice. I cant remember the door opening and closing this good before...silky smooth. Thanks John!

  John from Threshold Door Services was able to make a trip to my home within three (3) days of my initial call to provide a free estimate. He's a professional who knows what he's doing, and he presented me with the options to either have my garage door repaired, or completely replaced with no pressure to go in either direction.
  I ended up deciding to have the entire door replaced and I don't regret it one bit. I made the decision immediately and John phoned in the order to the distributor on speakerphone right in front of me right on the spot. John wanted to check if the model I needed was in stock, and indeed it was! - so the order was placed. (It arrived in less than a week).
  The installation was scheduled and completed two days later, and I am extremely pleased with the level of service received from start to finish. If you're having a tough time deciding on who to call for your garage door or garage door opener situation - look no further. I think you'll be just as pleased as I was. I plan on calling them back in 2-3 years when I think it's time for servicing or adding fresh lubricant(s). Be safe and well!
