  Customer service here is the best there is. Roy, Max and the rest of the staff are great. They try to provide your kid what is best for them instead of trying to make they most they can off of you. As many others have said, I'm a customer for life. Only place I buy baseball equipment from.

  I've been ordering from them for years, they're always my go-to for anything I need. They'll spend as much time as you need helping you find the best equipment and will never rush you. I ordered anew bat for my daughter yesterday and it was delivered this morning.

  First time ever there and it was a great experience. Everyone was helpful and not trying to push a sale. Purchased my 10yr old daughter a Demarini Prism. Matt put her in the cage with a few bats and he helped us make a decision. Like I said he could have easily put the most expensive bat in her hand and said this is the one, but he went through them all and helped her pick the best one for her! Will be returning to get another once we are done with this one.! Also loved the collection of LE patches and added a couple of my own!!

  I had purchased 4 bats from Close Out over the last year or so. Place was recommended by a co-worker and I was always impressed with the facility, stock/selection, and helpful staff. My son made me a aware of an issue he was having with a composite bat and I realized the factory warranty return process would mean not having the bat for the rest of the season. I stopped by more for a qualified person to verify the issue and Max? checked the bat and immediately grabbed a replacement for me. This kind of customer service is unfortunately rare these days but I am a customer for life. Would never purchase any equipment from anyplace else. I strongly recommend Closeout Bats Thanks very much!!

  I went today and this place was great. The customer service was amazing. The workers were so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They even have a small indoor cage where they let you test the bats. They also put the lizard skin on your bat for free when you buy it there. It really was a great experience. They have a huge selection of stuff too. I bought a beautiful Limited Edition Miken Freak Gold. I highly recommend this place. I drove from Staten Island (well worth it) and will definitely be going back.
