(December 15, 2022, 3:06 am)Finally had to upgrade my phone after the screen on my Galaxy S9 gave out. Their employee Francisco was extremely helpful and friendly. I hate having to deal with anything phone related and all the stuff that goes with it, so this was a surprisingly nice change of pace. I'll be coming back here when I have to replace this phone.

(January 4, 2022, 7:34 pm)We recently switched to Mint mobile for a promo they were running. We figured we would save some money with Mint using the T-Mobile network. Service was spotty, so we came back to Verizon (via the Russel Cellular) storefront in Emerson. Francisco was great. Super patient and helpful (switching 4 lines) and worked thru all the hurdles Mint mobile threw at us thru trying to leave (false acct numbers, etc). Would definitely recommend this store.
