(July 14, 2023, 2:10 pm)It is excellent Inn and with extremely warm staff. Please stay and enjoy. They had homemade cookies to great you when you check in. They were delicious. I did eat more then a couple though. I couldn't help my self. 🤗

We stayed at the inn for 4 nights and we were immediately greeted and treated like family by the owners, Terry and David.
They were attentive and anticipated our needs, but also gave us all the room and freedom to feel at home, in their home!
We especially appreciated the care they showed to our toddler with a high-chair, a custom breakfast order for a picky eater, and a small selection of toys to keep them occupied. Most of all they handled a large dinner party for our family with the utmost professionalism, and made every guest feel welcome.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
The room we stayed in (Lady Troy) was spacious, with a private bath including a tub, a mini-fridge, complimentary breakfast each morning, and free WiFi coverage across the property.
Great location that made it easy to get to everything in Great Barrington as well as the sights in Stockbridge and beyond. -

(August 12, 2022, 10:07 pm)We had a relaxing time during the three days we spent at The Thornewood. Terry and Dave are great hosts, serving deliciousl breakfasts, responding to any request, and maintaining a beautiful property with its gardens and immaculate pool.
The room was a spacious king, quiet and comfortable. We were close to town and on the way to Stockbridge and Lenox.
We will definitely stay again! -

(December 20, 2021, 11:37 am)We had a wonderful stay at the Thornewood Inn. Terry is a very generous and hospitable host, and she made a delicious breakfast and coffee in the morning. There are beautiful furnishings and details throughout the Inn. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the fireplace! The event room is a great space for a wedding; there is a really cool copper bar, beautiful natural light through huge windows, and various cozy nooks. We hope to stay again soon! Thank you.
