  We had a magical two night stay at Granville House earlier this week. I only wish we could have been there to see the fall leaves changing.
  
  Terri and Terry have brought the best of New York quality to their corner in Great Barrington. They made us feel at home immediately. We loved spending the evening exploring the (large) record collection, reading books in the living room, and having a nightcap amaro after a delicious dinner down the road at a restaurant recommended by the owners.
  
  The bed in room 3 was incredibly comfortable and the desk was perfect for my writer husband. The record players (and no tv) encouraged us to disconnect. I can’t remember the last time we danced to music until this week!
  
  Lastly, breakfast was delicious and they were incredibly accommodating to my unusual dietary restrictions.
  
  I hope to come back during the fall one day soon.

  What a wonderful life during our time at Granville House, one of the most hospitable and well-appointed B&Bs in which we have ever stayed! The owners and hosts, Terry and Terri, thought of everything and more. How much fun to play pool while listening to the jukebox in the great room, relax with a glass of bourbon and a beautiful coffee table book in the parlor, and curl-up on the outdoor couch for a lazy afternoon on the veranda. A most comfortable bed, large modern bathroom, thoughtful in-room amenities, delicious cooked-to-order breakfasts, and a convenient location make Granville House pure perfection.

  This is an exceptional bed & breakfast with beautifully appointed rooms with refrigerator and freezer, desk, sitting area, phonograph, LP album of James Taylor, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, sweetener & individual half & half in the fridge. Beautiful new bathroom & shower in each room, super plush towels and terrycloth bathrobes. Large breakfast room with a nice selection of breakfast foods on a menu made to order. The historic home built in the 1800's is stunning with a music room, game room, billiard room, reading room, outdoor porch, fire places, large property to roam or sit. Close to all restaurants & histic home museums like, The Mount, The Ventfort Hall mansion and numerous other guilded museums close by as well as Tanglewood. I highly recommend this place.

  My wife and I had an amazing stay at Granville House. Every aspect of our experience from the daily breakfast to our initial welcome, from the clean, comfortable bed to our ramblings around the beautiful property was outstanding. We cannot recommend this B&B highly enough, and we look forward to many happy returns. Can't wait to see it in the snow!

  A perfect last-minute, overnight trip to the Berkshires. The night before our departure, our quick research led us to an article in Vogue magazine that featured the Granville House. Lucky for us, they had one room available that could accommodate our family of 3. From the moment we booked, everything was smooth and welcoming — from the texts we received leading up to our arrival to the delightfully delicious breakfast. The house is beautifully and creatively decorated with interesting details around every corner. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The location is central to everything you might want to do in the Berkshires...or like us, you might decide to take it easy and shoot some pool in the parlor while listening to Van Morrison on the record player before venturing out to explore the area. In short, we will be back!
