* There are options for those with limited mobility and there is compassion and understanding by the folks who work there. Also: many handicapped spots in front.
* The breakfast is really good! As in: you have oatmeal & yogurt to choose from as well as bacon, sausage, eggs, danishes, fruit, juice and bagels! Good coffee and an assortment of tea.
* The hotel is VERY CLEAN
* Ice makers are powerful!
* Front desk service is amazing!
* The air conditioning not only worked but was easy to control.
* The location is very good.
* The room we had was spacious and had a fridge and microwave.
* There is a laundry run by quarters and the front desk provides a dollars/quarters exchange and also sells small soap if you need it
* There are quiet hours posted
There were some minor maintenance issues that needed to be attended to, but stuff like that is ongoing in a busy hotel. We will return in the future! -

(August 10, 2023, 7:52 am)Our family enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we will stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable, the location is convenient to Great Barrington activities and restaurants, and the price is great. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast didn’t offer much variety and no fresh fruit, but my kids enjoyed making pancakes.

It earned 4 stars due to the lack of daily housekeeping in the guest rooms.
If you want fresh towels or supplies, you must submit a written form by 9:00AM.
We paid resort prices for the rooms, and for that amount of money, one would expect to have the beds made, and the towels refreshed.
