(November 8, 2022, 3:07 pm)These guys were awesome. I ordered a pair of glasses online from a different company(I know not the smartest move) and the lenses weren't cut properly. Thoren optical was able to cut the lense down and make it fit the frame for me. Great service and didn't give me to much grief for buying online. I'll definitely be back for my next pair.

Their optical knowledge is out-standing. The visible inside and outside of the company is incredible. After many years of going to a place for my eyewear, I have never been so impressed. If you want to see excellence, come to this store!

(March 28, 2018, 3:01 pm)I have gotten my glasses here for nearly many years. My son just got his first pair there. The woman is who I have mainly dealt with. She is not sugary nice, but very far from rude. She is blunt. Tells it just as it is. I have noticed that the more respect and courtesy I show them, the better my experience is. Although I guess we all want to be respected.
