  This was my first time working with Ian on the closing of a real estate deal, and I was simply blown away. I have had many poor experiences with other attorneys, but Ian was incredible. Throughout the entire process he was responsive, thorough, professional, and easy to work with.
  
  This property had many hurdles and would not have been possible without Ian. From getting it under contract in two days (inclusive of the weekend), to helping keep the deal together when the sellers tried to back out, Ian offered sound, thoughtful, advice keeping everything on track.

  We recently used Ian Linker as our real estate attorney as we relocated from California to New Jersey. Ian was excellent!.. In the first instance the home that we were considering had some challenging legal issues (sellers) and Ian quickly established the facts and helped us move on to a second property which we closed in very quick time.
  Ian had a great manner and perspective which helped us navigate beyond a “tricky” seller and close the deal.

  I recently hired Ian for purchasing a house. From the first day we spoke, up until the closing and even after closing, Ian was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. My closing was more lengthy and difficult than usual. Ian helped me navigate all aspects of the closing process and was always available to talk. In addition, I needed a separate agreement drafted which Ian took care of quickly and affordably. Ian is very relatable and wiling to help his clients. From my experience, these traits are unfortunately very difficult to find in an attorney. I only wish that Ian specialized in every aspect of the law so I would be able to use him in the future for any legal need. I 100% recommend hiring Ian!

  Recently Ian represented us in a property deal. Ian is an excellent attorney and our experience is incredible. We feel lucky to have worked with him. He is Knowledgeable, Hard Working, Honest, Energetic, and Supportive. Since day one he brought energy and enthusiasm. The property was Bank Owned & Foreclosed. Not only the deal turned out to be difficult, but the seller agent and seller's attorney proved to be extremely challenging and downright dishonest. The seller’s team made every step unpleasant with inconsiderate behavior and lack of responsibility. Ian worked tirelessly, above and beyond, to make the deal less burdensome for us through numerous conversations, communications with the sellers. Ian has protected us from legal loopholes in the contract and safeguarded us. He helped us save some money at the closing. Finally, we are successful in buying the property. Ian is courteous, attentive, and professional. We highly recommend him for anyone looking for an ablest attorney.
