My attorney referred me to Spiotti and Associates for a tax appeal. I had paid the normal deposit. Prior to the filing deadline my circumstances changed and I was decided not to appeal. I had emailed my original contact person who said he would refund me. Unknown to me, that person left the firm and I never got a refund even after a few months of trying. I then sent an email to general customer service. With in hours of my email Debbie explained about what had happened promptly issued my refund. It was an honest mistake that fell through the cracks and I am grateful for her great customer service. I would highly recommend their firm for future appeals/legal work.
