(July 17, 2022, 1:53 pm)One of the best pilates/fitness studios my husband and I have ever been to. Alessandro is so dedicated and knowledgeable. I have a scoliotic back and he has taken a lot of care to try and get my body to respond to this issue, and not force any movements for movements sake. I am already beginning to feel significant breakthroughs and am so excited about it.

(March 1, 2022, 11:48 pm)My parents and I have been going to the Link Studios for the past few months to attend the boxing, functional training, and pilates classes. Alessandro and Michelle have been phenomenal. Alessandro really has in depth understanding of the human body and "links" the theory in functional training class to practice in boxing class. My father especially has been loving the experience. If you're interested in correcting posture and getting a good workout, recommend taking a variety of classes - the concepts build on each other. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The new studio in Ridgewood is perfect for “Pilates in Covid— roomy and airy! Highly recommend if you want to safely change your/improve your body.

The best Studio around. Very knowledgeable and precision is high on their list.
