I stand corrected, Mike, the owner and my personal trainer proved me wrong. He's professional, flexible, makes you laugh, listens to you when your not even talking, all around great experience. I have lost 25 pounds and counting. He teaches you meal tips and workouts. I highly recommend him. THANK YOU Mike... You helped me get some of my happy and confidence back. 🥰🙏🏽

If your not sending your kids here. I dont know what you're doing. Helping mold athletes into professionals. Thank you so much guys.

(May 30, 2022, 10:36 am)I am a former D-1 head coach in both basketball and baseball. I have worked in the NBA for the past 20 years as broadcaster for the Brooklyn Nets. I have been exposed to the highest levels of training. I never knew Mike before my daughter ask to go the Lab because she heard it was great. She will playing basketball at Yale next year. Sorry for all the background stuff. What I want to say is Mike and The Lab are the highest level of training with State of the Art equipment. Mike not only trains but makes a personal connection so that the athletes want to work for themselves and Mike. I could not recommend higher!!

The Labs staff are committed to their clients and always provides a fun state of the art experience. My husband was so impressed with the Lab he has now joined the family. I would highly recommend The Lab to everyone!

I have achieved most of my lifetime fitness goals working with The Lab and I look forward to achieving more. This is a very professional and fun atmosphere and keeping clients injury free and working them at their level is important here. However, don't be mistaken you will work here and that's exactly what you want. You are making the right choice by choosing them as your training facility, I know I did.
