I have been working out for YEARS - peloton, HIIT training, Beachbody, cardio kickboxing, Equinox, various spin classes - you name it. Nothing has worked my body like the work outs Joe brings to the table. What I love most about the work outs is that they are different, fun and challenging. Joe himself is motivating in the best way, the gym is very clean and the energy in the gym is addicting. Im happy I stumbled across this place - I plan on sticking around for a long time. I would recommend JD Core to anyone who is ready to commit to a better, stronger and happier version of themself.

The facility is continuously being updated with the newest equipment/technology. Joe has a real passion for what he does and will do whatever it takes for his clients to succeed. He’s motivating and keeps me accountable on a daily basis. At 35, I’m in the best shape of my life and actually look forward to going to JDC! Over the years here, not only have I developed a true passion for working out but I have met so many amazing people on the same journey as me and together with Joe we all push each other to crush our goals. My heart forever belongs to the CORE! Now let’s get it!

(October 6, 2020, 11:59 am)I've been going to JD Core for 2.5 years now and will never turn back. I have never enjoyed going to the gym or working out until I started at JDC. The workouts are always challenging and have gotten me in the best shape of my life! Joe is an awesome trainer, motivating, and keeps the place high energy and super clean!!
Highly recommend! You wont regret it. -
