My room had its own separate entrance from the house which was really nice- Maggie and Bob are so friendly and welcoming! My bed was super comfortable and I have been on the road for a few months and they were kind enough to let me catch up on some laundry! The views at the property are amazing. My words will not do them justice- If you are looking for a place to crash for the night- or a few day getaway- stop here- you won't regret- I didn't! Thanks Bob and Maggie!

(September 26, 2022, 8:18 pm)Bob and Maggie were wonderful host . It was my first time to Connecticut. And also my first to a B&B . Their house is beautiful and inviting. The view is amazing. I’m looking forward to going back to the New England states and definitely would love to stay there again .

The room we stayed in [John Browne] was everything I hoped, with lovely, tranquil views of the foliage in the fields and on the nearby ridge, over which the clouds would roll past. Just a single night's stay provided a real respite from daily life, and Maggie and Bob are wonderful hosts. Our room was exceptionally clean, and both sheets and towels smelled crisp and fresh. I look forward to staying here again. I bet every season would be lovely from this lovely place.

(August 23, 2021, 7:45 am)Maggie and Bob keep the nostalgic rooms and entrancing acreage impeccable! My sister and I enjoyed the beautiful views from our room, breakfast table, porch. This is the stomping grounds of our mother, who passed a year ago. The hike was a perfect send off (on the property)! Thanks for everything!
