The Exercise Coach - Brielle

As a lady of a certain age, I was in need of rebuilding my strength. I had been to other gyms where i was not supervised on the equipment and ultimately hurt myself so I stopped going even though my credit card was charged every month. I started my routine in September and have never missed an appointment. The young people that cheer me on have all become important parts of my life. My health has improved and I have lost over 14 lbs. To say I recommend this system would be an understatement. Once you gt started you will be amazed!

We have been going to the Exercise Coach in Brielle NJ twice a week for almost a year! We love the privacy & being able to choose our 20 minute time slot with our personal trainer. The gym is immaculate & the staff is well trained, knowledgeable, respectful & extremely supportive of us achieving our goals! We are in our 70’s and we have definitely improved our strength & muscle tone!

The Exercise Coach fitness program and supporting technology is a game changer. Frank and the team consistently and effectively provide education, training, and personal motivation. My wife and I have been avid members for over 8 months now and have truly enjoyed the experience. You’ll be surprised at how much you can accomplish in just 20 minutes. I’ve been going to the Brielle Exercise Coach for a couple of months and I am thrilled with the experience. The equipment is different from a typical gym and gives you a great workout in 20 min sessions. No trouble fitting them in even during very busy weeks. I was skeptical at first about the benefits you could achieve in that time but it really works! The trainers are excellent and work with you to achieve your goals and mix up the daily exercises so you’re never bored. I’m really happy with my results so far and expect continued progress. I highly recommend that you try out this place with their two free sessions and see for yourself.

Just starting my time at Exercise Coach but it has been a great experience so far. Frank is a great coach. Although I didn't sign up for 1 on 1 you get the attention of a personal trainer. 20 minutes goes by in a blink of an eye and I feel it the next day . I have some limitations with my neck but he always keeps that in mind and adjusts things to my needs. Im really impressed so far. Appointments haven’t been a problem either unlike some other gyms I’ve been to.
