  My name is Sue. I am a long time resident of Brielle. As I've gotten older doctors have stressed the importance of bone strength. I have been going to the Messner Strength Training gym for a little over two years now. Jon is great! He focuses on posture, balance, and of course very personalized strength training exercises. The gym is clean, friendly, and has been life changing for me. I was never one to stick with a routine but I really enjoy my workouts. "Cheers to strong bones"

  I am a retired competitive distance runner. Strength training with Jon twice a week keeps my joints (knees!) strong, and now I can do pull-ups! I often get compliments on my posture and it's definitely due to working with Jon. I highly recommend Messner Strength Training.
