Along with the coaches who go above and beyond, everyone motivates you to want to be the best version of you. No matter your experience there’s options for everyone and you are always faced with new exciting challenges. The flexible class times always allow you to start or end your day on a positive note!

(February 3, 2022, 8:58 am)Shore Point Fitness is an awesome gym. Everyone, coaches and members, are always so helpful and make everyone feel comfortable. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and always correct form and push everyone to be their best. Jen and Dennis organize events outside of the standard workouts like competitions, proper form for exercises, and even get togethers outside of the gym. They really make it feel like a second home and I am proud to be a part of SPF! 💪 🏋️♂️

(February 2, 2022, 7:13 am)Shore Point Fitness is a fantastic gym. I always have fun during the workouts, and I never regret going. All of the coaches are super welcoming, and help you scale/modify the movements for all ability levels. All types of people go to Shore Point Fitness! Sometimes there is some friendly competition, but you do what feels right for you during your workout. I am definitely stronger and faster thanks to SPF. I am so happy I joined over a year ago.

(February 1, 2022, 9:29 pm)I’ve been a member of SPF for over 2 years and absolutely love it! The trainers always help with your form so you won’t injure yourself and are so caring and motivating. The workouts are always challenging. Any skill level is welcome because there’s always a modification option or a push option for an additional challenge. The owners, Jen and Dennis, are such amazing people. They go above and beyond with fun gym events, social activities, and skills classes so you truly feel like a family. The positive environment and the people really make SPF a very special place to be. I’m so thankful I found them for both my mental and physical health.

I was nervous at first because I had never done this kind of work out before but quickly grew to love it and the coaches were great at helping me get started. The coaches are amazing and so is everyone who goes to this gym. I absolutely recommend joining if you are looking for a new gym!!
