However last night we Called for reservations, and when we arrived we were informed only the lounge is open due to the winter hours. However we weren’t advised of that on the phone. We sat in the lounge and didn’t receive service for over 20 minutes even though there were only two other tables taken.
However once we were served the wine was great and the food was delicious.
I believe last night was a mishap as they seemed to be short staff and confused but I highly recommend the Eldred preserve to everyone! -

(December 27, 2022, 12:45 pm)My friends and I went out for some holiday celebratory drinks and apps. We had heard amazing things about this place and they were all true. Big shoutout to Melissa who was our server last night! She was so attentive and wonderful; made our very first experience there fantastic. The chef that evening was amazing as well. The food was to die for. Highly highly recommend this place. 5 stars all the way.

(December 8, 2022, 3:58 pm)The is the absolute best place to stay in Sullivan County. We did not have one complaint about our stay. The rooms are cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The property is stunning with an amazing trail around the lake. The staff is friendly and very accommodating, especially Albrusha who went out of her way to help us book the perfect room for us. Will definitely be staying here again!

(November 7, 2022, 12:45 am)The Eldred Preserve is a beautiful location. I have attended private events as well as dinners here on my own part. I have always been impressed with the cleanliness and the great attitudes of staff. The dining room is a grand location while the grounds are expansive. I have seen the hotel rooms which are beautiful but I have not stayed here yet. Good team in Scott, Katie and Irvin.
