The caregivers were all very kind to Mom and made it possible for her to remain in her apartment for awhile longer. The office staff was always helpful and accommodating.

(July 19, 2022, 3:45 pm)On two separate occasions I used The Caring Connection. Once was after my open heart surgery. On another occasion, years ago, it was due to a knee replacement surgery. The ladies they sent over were kind and helped me get around the house. They cleaned and made my meals. The office staff and manager were very helpful when handling my scheduling needs and coming out to my house to meet with me. I would highly recommend The Caring Connection.

I can actually say I absolutely love what I do for a living, which is helping the most vulnerable. I am grateful for the opportunity to do so. Through this job I've met so many amazing people and their amazing families and I've learned so much!

The caregivers went above and beyond from providing care to my mom, helping out around the house, and being there for us to listen, laugh, cry, and talk as friends. We felt so relieved having them with us during this difficult journey because they were always there for us whenever we needed them. The caregivers were very reliable and compassionate. We could have complete trust in the caregivers, which is priceless. Each of the caregivers treated our family and friends with the upmost respect and have become like a second family to us. They have made this difficult journey much easier. The caregivers have many years of experience and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to caring. We could not recommend Caring Connections enough for all of their diligence and hard work. Words will never be enough thanks for how grateful we are for all of their help!

(April 11, 2020, 9:05 am)I chose the Caring Connection after a stellar recommendation by a local hospital social worker when my father was hospitalized. Their staff is extremely trust worthy and dedicated to their patients. Plus it is evident that they truly care for the people in their care. They are not a franchised company either which is a plus and the owner has been involved in the local healthcare community for 35+ years. Initially I was concerned living 500 miles from my parents in Bethlehem but never had an issue, as I had complete trust in the care, professionalism and prompt responsiveness that was demonstrated by the Caring Connection staff. Therefore I highly recommend this compassionate and caring team!!!
