  Not fancy, office could use sprucing up and cleaning, but the manager/phlebotomist here is so caring and kind and good at her job that it makes up for it. I have difficult veins and she handles it well and is always friendly. I came in totally flustered the first time because I'd driven to the wrong address and called and she held the place open for me an extra 10 minutes while I turned around and got it right-- and then she didn't rush me at all. Rare to find this kind of human touch in the medical world. Plus there's never a long wait.

  This location is great! Always friendly and sometimes a wait as there is only one employee but none the less she’s great at her job. The hours on Google are incorrect so always be sure to look directly at the website. They do not open until 7:30am at the Setauket location. EDIT: Hours have been adjusted and they open at 7AM now.

  I got here early in the morning to get my blood and urine done, I was the only there at the time. Alicia was wonderful and professional, she explained everything clearly. Everything went very well and quick, in and out all in about 15 mins! My complain to the corporate is to hire somebody to help her out because she’s working all by herself! She had to do the front desk paperwork, and take the blood in the back room. Hopefully they could find someone to take some burden off her back asap!

  We had the best experience here yesterday! Alicia was extremely patient and kind even though we walked in five minutes before closing. I wouldn’t normally do that but the lab we normally use was closed and my seven year old wanted to get it over with. Sunrise was recommended and we rushed over. My son was very nervous but Alicia had more patience and kindness than anyone else ever had. He also said it didn't hurt. We are so impressed.
