(May 22, 2023, 7:00 pm)I have always hated exercising. When I started at Crankcycle, I felt so welcomed from day 1. I started with the spin classes but fell in love with the functional body training circuit with the Shredz workouts. The people who are in the classes are so inclusive, young or older, fit or not, small or large. Everyone is equal and gets treated fairly. Denise the instructor is the most uplifting and encouraging person. I now look forward to working out and doing something for myself. I highly recommend all parts of this studio, spinning and circuit training.

Denise Locarni puts in the effort to make each ride unique. Her video playlist makes the workout entertaining and go by quickly. It’s more than just a bike ride. The upper body workout with small weights as well as the choreography on the bike get the entire body moving. Guaranteed to be a killer workout!

Since we moved to the aria I have been looking for a cycling classes. I am so glad I found CrankCycle. I love the energy there! The loud music, the lights and the instructors encouragement give me motivation to go trough the challenging moments of the ride. In addition to the spinning classes they also offer a circuit toning and conditioning class / total body. That gives me complete weekly workout, without having to go anywhere else. I have been going to CrankCycle for weeks now and I am loving how that reflects on my mind and body. Everyone there from the owner Denise, the rest of the instructors and the attendants at the classes are so motivated and friendly. The studio is super clean and modern. I would recommend CrankCycle to everyone that wants to treat themselves with a special experience every time they want to work out.

She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable, whether it’s your 1st time spinning or your 101st time. She cares about your success and will help you meet your fitness goals. All of the instructors are great, truly! I also highly recommend you take a Shredz class if you are serious about getting in shape! I can’t say enough good things about Denise and her team!

(April 21, 2022, 8:31 am)CrankCycle is a great Spin Studio! If you are looking for a fun, engaging and challenging Spin experience- CrankCycle is the place for you! Denise is super fun and her classes are great! You get a full workout- Denise makes everyone feel welcome while also making sure we have a great time. What I love about CrankCycle is they are very receptive to feedback. If you want a theme- they’ll do it; if you want to focus on a particular Spin workout, they’ll make it happen. I highly recommend CrankCycle- it’s an experience like no other!
