  As a professional firefighter and in my 40's I needed a workout program that would keep me at the top of my game. That is exactly what Oomph fit club has done for me. Dan and Denise are both amazing trainers with years and years of experience. They design a custom a program to accomplish your individual fitness goals. Oomph fit is a great gym staffed by great people!

  Trainers Dan and Denise are experienced, knowledgeable and motivational.
  Training is done in a professional and friendly manor.
  They have the experience to quickly assess your physical strengths as well as limits and provide an appropriate but challenging routine that works for you.
  Circuit training equipment is strategically placed to maximize efficiency.
  A bright and spotless atmosphere is the theme throughout.
  I would highly recommend Oomph Fit Cub to anyone looking for a great place to workout!!!!

  I highly recommend checking out Oompf! Dan and Denise are awesome! Experts in fitness, years of training experience, always innovating, and super motivating. I’ve been working with both trainers for years and have seen positive results! Workouts are tailored to your individual abilities and fitness goals. They are also just amazing people! ❤️💪🏻😁

  I recently joined Oompf Fit-Club and I LOVE it. The personal and customized training is exactly what I have been looking for to reach my wellness goals. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating and professional. The club is all new and impeccably clean. I look forward to continuing my training in this unique club.
