  A great place for all levels of reformer Pilates and yoga. This studio also houses a yoga teacher cert taught by an experienced and knowledgeable yoga educator. There is pain management and massage there too. I highly recommend Satya.

  It is in everyone’s best interest to take Melissa’s amazing yoga class. She is an excellent instructor with amazing techniques. She personifies the true meaning of yoga which is about peace, honor, discipline and integrity. When I addressed a concern with one of her employees, Melissa immediately took action on my behalf of which I am very appreciative. Melissa has demonstrated true leadership skills and the true meaning of yoga which is honor and integrity.

  I love this place. Classes with Melissa are wonderful. All of the instructors are great. Very nice Pilates equipment as well.
