From yoga to various combat sports; the trainers are attentive, and engaged; the kids trainers Jayme, and Joey, are excellent, and work with the kids building their confidence. As an experienced fighter, they capture the spirit of the discipline, with the form and functionality to appeal to kids and adults alike; I now understand why this gym has such a following and fantastic reviews. -

(March 13, 2023, 4:36 pm)I've trained here for just over 2 and a half years and it's been great. Getting here from coram is always quick and let's me make a lot of the classes. They have a good mix of classes that cater to fighters, casual martial artists who just want to train and even people who never want to fight and just want to get in shape. The environment is great there's not a lot of ego on the mats and the people are very friendly. The coaches especially are great, they'll stay after hours to talk to or help anyone who's serious about their goals. It's a great environment to learn and get in shape.

(March 13, 2023, 12:33 pm)I've been training at Fusion for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it! I still leave each kickboxing class dripping sweat and have an incredible workout each time. All the coaches are so nice and welcoming, made me feel really comfortable coming to each class! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to try out a class!

This is the first time that I have truly enjoyed exercising and I have finally been able to turn my health around and to get into better shape. All of the coaches are very encouraging to help you reach your fitness goals. Couldn't be happier.
