On my first visit Antonio and Alex were delightful. I had a small issue, but Antonio took charge and handled the situation with grace. I was there a while, but most customers are in and out in no time at all.

That day, Reggie replaced my ball bearing hub (I think that's what it's called). It looked like hard work, but he did it with a smile.

I had to return the next day for a small issue. Elger was working the desk that day, he's also very friendly and professional. He and his team got me in and out in under an hour, which I'm very thankful for! It's a great environment, but I didn't want to spend my entire weekend there.

Mr. Antonio was very helpful with thoroughly explaining my financing options and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Mr. Elder gave me a thorough breakdown of everything that I needed and was able to explain to me the costs for everything, which were consistent with the final invoice and greatly appreciated. I really appreciate Bruce and Jamal for taking the time to update me on the entire process, while also trying to accommodate me in anyway they could during the wait. Alex was also great and made me feel more than welcomed while I waited. Everyone did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond in areas I didn’t expect. I definitely see myself coming back for any future work that may be needed (hopefully no time soon lol)

I can truly say this is one of the best experiences I’ve had replacing tires and getting an alignment on my vehicle. Team in the front was Love and Alex and they were amazing! They were very helpful and informative about what was needed for the vehicle. The customer service was top notch! The ease of transaction also straightforward and clear. My technician Shawn was awesome and perfect on those alignment numbers! I will definitely be back for anything the car needs!
