(May 26, 2023, 4:38 pm)Abdul provided great customer service from when I dropped my car off to when I picked it up. He also let me know there was a coupon for my brake service on the website. He also talked to me about the issue with my car and asked if I wanted the service done instead of assuming. He didn’t pressure me about anything. I was in and out of the shop within hours. I truly appreciate the efficiency. Thank you Pep Boys!

The customer service and the knowledge of the technicians are wonderful and they treat you like royalty. They show professionalism and always make you feel like you are their first priority and that they appreciate your business. That's the reason why I always come back.

When I arrived, the salesman in the front kindly greeted me and asked was I the woman that called about the battery. I said yes and he took care of the rest. He was reassuring that the job would get done within the timeframe that I needed. He was very personable, cordial and professional. I would definitely return to have my car serviced there.
